A Scaredy-Cat is a small feline creature with large, wide eyes. It eats and emanates fear. At the end of each of its turns, creatures within 10 meters find the Scaredy-Cat Frightening, and it finds them Frightening as well.

Its unarmed attacks deal +2 damage (damage bonus included), and on a successful wound the victim's ability to feel fear is devoured: the creature becomes immune to [ Fear ] effects for 1 hour, and the range of the Scaredy-Cat's fear aura increases by 10 meters for 1 round if that creature wasn't already immune to [ Fear ]. This [ Fear ] immunity is bound to the Scaredy-Cat. The Scaredy-Cat's other attacks deal +1 damage.

Scaredy-Cats are not particularly smart, and can only speak Feline languages. It starves if it doesn't eat the fear of creatures at least three times per day.
