The Submarine can be equipped with weapons that fire upwards, and weapons that fire forwards

Components

Propeller (Targetable from Rear): HP 1, Toughness 7. Destroying the engine makes it continue forwards, decelerating by one step each round.

Reactor (Targetable from inside only): HP 2, Toughness 5. Destroying the reactor makes it detonate, as per a nuke.

Hull (Targetable from all sides): HP -, Toughness 6. Damaging the lower hull causes the submarine to begin filling with water. For every wound inflicted upon the lower hull, the ship takes on 1000 kilograms of water per round.

Passengers (Targetable from all sides): This is not really a component. Make attacks against the creatures inside the Submarine at a -3 penalty. They cannot shoot out.
