It can fling its head off of its neck and then immediately retrieve it: this gives it +5 meters to its reach for actions that use its "hand". It gains two common tier charges, which it can recharge with 5 minutes of concentration, and it knows glowing orb and necromancer's touch. It gains 5 Basic Specialties.
