| Effect: If the target fails a Fortitude save, you begin to devour their very existence. This gives them a -2 penalty to Toughness. You get a +2 bonus to Toughness, or a bonus to Toughness equal to the total value of all reductions to Toughness you have, whichever is less. Both the penalty and the bonus end after 1 minute. |
