Effects: The Quantum Randomizer can generate One-Time Pads as data that may be transmitted to other devices. Any message encrypted using a One-Time Pad can only be read by a device with the same One-Time Pad: other devices that get the message can only determine who it's from and to, and when it was sent; and only a device that is capable of decrypting a message can be hacked with encrypted messages. One-Time Pads cannot be transmitted securely over the internet. One-Time Pads use up as much data in storage as the total amount of data to be encrypted with them.
