Hydraulic Arms Paragon Tier Augment
Prerequisites None.
Bonuses:
♦ You get +2 to Strongman.
♦ Your unarmed attacks' base damage increases to 1d6+1 when using your hands.
♦ Once per round, you can get a +2 bonus to Strongman and a +1 bonus to unarmed damage for the round by spending 1 Power.
