They gain a Heavy Muscle-Area Toxic Vomit attack, which fills a 5 meter, 90 degree cone with toxic waste. At the end of each of the target's turns while nauseated, if it did not use the Toxic Vomit attack, it takes 1d6+3 Acid damage.
