| Effect: If you hit the touched creature with an attack against AD, they are followed around by a small cloud for as long as this spell is bound. Anyone can reach into the cloud to grab beams of crackling energy, which become lightning when flung or if held for any period of time. Effectively, they and any other creature within reach gain a Lightning weapon, with 60m/120m range that deals 1d6-1 Electricity damage and stuns for 1 round on a wound. |
