When something requires Sacrifice Energy, you may generate and spend it from a Personal Sacrifice on the spot. Choose how much Sacrifice Energy you would like, then roll 1d6 and consult the following table for the result. No matter what you roll, you gain the Sacrifice Energy and spend it on the effect before the sacrifice impedes you. You cannot choose to gain more Sacrifice Energy than twice your maximum [[HP]] in this way.
