			Special tier classes are free, but can normally only be gotten through specific circumstances. When making a new character (even a high point cost one), you may write the prerequisites into the character's backstory in order to take the class, so long as the Special tier class does not depend on a [ [[Bound]] ] spell, and the prerequisite exists in the setting.
