| Effect: Everything except your soul is stopped in time for 1 hour. You can use this time to recharge spells or think of the perfect thing to say in the middle of a conversation, but you cannot use this time to move, as your body and the air are still frozen. If you use this spell immediately before making a Bluff or Diplomacy check, you get a +3 bonus on the check. |
