Effects: Successfully hitting a Tightbeam Communicator transmits a message of your choice to them, then you and the target may choose to synchronize the Communicators: by doing so, each of you constantly transmits your location to the other, and the two Communicators become directly connected.
The Tightbeam Communicator can be set into No-Send-Through mode, or stop being set in that manner, as a standard action.
