| Target: An empty space a 1 meter sphere could travel to in 60 meters or less. | |
| Effect: You create ball lightning at the targeted location. At the end of each of your turns (aside from the turn on which you cast it), it disappears unless you spent a standard action to maintain it that turn. The action required to maintain it decreases if you are a higher tier to a move action if you are Paragon tier or a minor action if you are Legend tier. |
