| Target: One creature who can hear you within 10 meters | |
| Effect: If the target fails a Will Save, they are cursed to speak constantly for the next hour. This means that their auditory Stealth is reduced to 1 before modifiers, and they spend at least 4 cheap actions per round talking. |
