Sniper Elite Tier Expertise

Bonuses:

♦ All ranged attacks you make gain another range increment, twice as far as the current farthest one.

♦ You may accept a penalty to your normal number of attacks in order to improve your attack bonus and chance of critical hits for all remaining attacks. You cannot sacrifice more than your Attacks minus 1. For every 2 Attacks sacrificed in this way, you get +1 to Attack Bonus, and reduce the number you have to roll for a critical hit by 2. When rolling for critical hits on attacks that were already critical hits, the number is only reduced by 1.
