A Scaredy-Cat is a small feline creature with large, wide eyes. It eats and emanates fear. At the end of each of its turns, creatures within 10 meters find the Scaredy-Cat Frightening 7, and it finds them Frightening 7 as well.

Its unarmed attacks deal +2 damage, and on a successful wound the victim's ability to feel fear is devoured: the creature becomes immune to [ Fear ] effects for 1 hour, and the range of the Scaredy-Cat's fear aura increases by 10 meters for 1 round if that creature wasn't already immune to [ Fear ]. This [ Fear ] immunity is bound to the Scaredy-Cat. The Scaredy-Cat's other attacks deal +1 damage.

Scaredy-Cats are not particularly smart, and cannot speak. It starves if it doesn't eat the fear of creatures at least three times per day.

The Scaredy-Cat may be given up to three abilities, with no more than two from any given category, for 6 points each.

Feedback (5 points): When the immunity to [ Fear ] effects granted by the Scaredy-Cat ends, that creature finds the Scaredy-Cat Frightening 7. The Scaredy-Cat gets a +4 factor bonus to Attack.

Purr (5 points): As a standard action, the Scaredy-Cat can suppress its fear aura for 1 round. The Scaredy-Cat gets a +4 factor bonus to Perception.
