Potentia victus

Potentia Victus is a greenish powder, refined from certain species of fern, as well as naturally occurring in some rock formations. In most regions of the world, it is not particularly rare, but the demand for it by powerful people means that producers can successfully charge as much as 5 copper per gram in places where it is found, or 15 copper per gram if it requires significant transportation.
