| Effect: Each target that fails a Will Save takes 1d6+2 Cold damage, and is chilled on a successful wound. You gain Sacrifice Energy equal to half the number of targets of Common tier or higher wounded in this way, rounded down, to a maximum of 6 + your Magic Power. |
