Expanding Void Paragon

A small point slowly expands to become a black sphere of destruction

Cast Time: Standard Action AND Move Action

Target: A point in the direction and distance you specify within 6 meters.

Effect: A spherical portal to a black hole is created at the targeted point. It starts out miniscule, but its diameter increases by 1 meter per round, whisking away anything that it touches. The sphere is surrounded by strong Wind pushing towards it, in a blast around the sphere that's twice as far as its diameter. It lasts for 10 rounds.
