Enrage

Enrage Elite

Target: One creature who can hear you within 10 meters.

Effect: The targeted creature must make a Will Save or become filled with rage for 2 rounds. During each of its turns, it must make a Directed Attack, Heavy Attack, or Charge Attack action, with every attack targeting a creature other than itself. If it moves, it must attempt to end its movement within reach of another creature.
