Cast Time: Three Standard Actions on consecutive rounds.

Target: A 100 meter radius blast, centered on you, but not including you.

Effect: Stinging bone dust makes all creatures in the area blind. The area follows you, and continues to make creatures in the area blind for so long as it is bound. Creatures who leave the area can see again.
