Arc Shooter Legend Tier Expertise

Flicking your bow just right lets you arc arrows around basically anything.

Prerequisites  Sniper

Bonuses:

♦ When you make a ranged attack, you can attack targets up to twice as far away as you could with Sniper, for another additional -1 penalty to the attack roll.

♦ When you make a ranged attack, you may trace a parabolic arc to the target around obstacles instead of attacking in a straight line. If you do, you get a -1 penalty to the attack roll.
