Effects:  Beams of light shoot from the Necromantic Emanator at every creature within 20 meters. Every round, creatures within range heal one HP. The Necromantic Emanator can be toggled into or out of Killing Mode as a standard action; in Killing Mode, creatures are wounded by it instead of healed.
